Man for the UP 150 Express they pretty much had it planned the way I had it for The Little Rock Express last year, and boy if that were to head back to St.Louis I'd be pretty bored seeing the same I thing I did, but for 844 and the E's together that's a new one for me it's just too bad they couldn't double back to St.Louis and head West to head for Council Bluffs, but ohh well can't always get? what you want.

they sent MOPAC ahead with 9336 (steam shop train steps support car) because #844? is behind schedule after MOPAC got shopped fallowing the traction motor incident in Texas. since the E9s are pulling the business train which #844 hooked onto in Oklahoma City MOPAC has to take the other business cars and the boxcar to Council Bluff. there will be no display between Oklahoma City and Council Bluff because #844 is behind schedule and MOPAC has the steps that are need for display.

they had three locomotive behind her. first leg Shiloh Limited they had UP 2010 (the BSA unit) second leg Texas Eagle segment of UP150 Express? they had MOPAC pushing but some one overloaded the traction motors on MOPAC and it was set out and #844 got flat spots now for the final leg MOPAC is out of action and they have the Council Bluff based E9s on point behind #844 in case something goes wrong.

Crap! I wish I knew about this - I'd have been down there in a flash. Is that headed south or north out of Wichita? If north, which subdivision is it taking? Any possibility of seeing it come up the ex-Rock Island here in McPherson like the High Iron train did? with P42 #145?
