Lee, your ignorance of the fact that the BSA have PERPETUALLY used government funds since their inception is not a valid argument. As one example consider the cost of the BSA using Fort A.P. Hill in Virginia for the National Scout Jamboree. BSA pays ONE AMERICAN DOLLAR to use govt property but the event costs SEVERAL MILLION dollars each year? that the US GOVT pays using American Tax Payers money. FACT: Each BSA director has a DOD counterpart whose salary is paid by the US GOVERNMENT. See it yet?

Try to focus hammertofall77. Your use of? vulgar language is seen when you called someone an "asshole" and used the expression "SCREW whoever posted this video". Your vulgar language also appears in other YouTube posts for all to see. A boy scout is SUPPOSED to exemplify an honorable character at all times. An OA "honor scout" should not use such language. Here is a simple Yes/No question: Is calling someone an asshole and saying "SCREW whoever posted this video" exemplary of CHEERFUL SERVICE?

Wow. The last time I saw a 23 year old boy scout with such uncontrolled anger she was selling cookies out front of a grocery store and the rain got her cookies wet. BUT, YOU are an example of what an honorable boy scout is supposed to be and your language is representative of the character of an OA member. You have proven by your actions that the boy scouts are of no good benefit. Are you not a representative AT ALL TIMES? Where is this great patience you are supposed to have??

That is what your topic is not mine. I inserted myself into this conversation based on some of your? comments. So my topic was pointing out how I saw your incorrect information effecting the discussion. By the way the general population of members of the Boy Scouts of America are also citizens of this country, their parents paying taxes to the U.S. goverment. So how do you come up with the Boy Scouts are goverment funded? They are actually funded by us the taxpayers and we are using our land.

I would agree, and I will keep? myself alert to those details of the ceremonies becoming more rigurous in their effort to force myself to participate. However I still see this as a great way to see into the ceremonies of an order or culture of peoples ways of life and worship.

No, if you see a Jesus in lower case that would be a typo. You may feel you would be unable to watch and learn from ceremonies without feeling the yoke of other religions but I do not have that problem. Allowat isnt their god. Im a OA member and i play Allowat in the ceremony's and im not a god im just the mighty chief. Read the scripts they never say hes a god get your fucking facts straight before you say something? about a group that you dont really know about or a part of it. And were not a cult we perform CHEERFUL SEVICE and you have to be selected by your fellow scouts and meet the requirements.
