I have decided to do the P90X Ab Ripper. After each day that I do it I will [post my progress video. I will do it for about 6 weeks and 2-3 times a week. I will do it every other day or in between my workouts depending how I feel.
Today I did my first day of it and it felt great. I felt that my abs lost some water weight around it and feel a little flatter in the abs area.
