It is getting easier vlogging in front of my sister and Tom.. She was also recording and posted a couple to FB! (shock!! LOL) It is a fun place to visit and there were lots of restaurants all along the River Walk..The people? were not bothersome while we ate at all. The drinks were wonderful and even gave us (Connie and me) a buzz! I'm not much of a drinker so it doesn't take much! haha

That week was so hard Melissa.. It was so hard.. By the time I saw her signs that she was ready, she was so weak she could hardly stand.. I feel bad that i made her wait so long.. The trip is going well so far.. Connie and I both have sore legs and feet from all the walking and? are happy that tomorrow is a travel day and we can just relax and recover while Tom drives us to the next stop - Carlsbad, NM. They? are refunding me but not sure if they will refund the insurance... hmmmm, I'll check it! I worked in credentialing for many years and I can tell you they watch these things and take them very seriously. You're doing the right thing by watching them. I would ask the vet since you will be there anyway, but usually when they can not control the bladder and bowels, it is not a good sign. I know what you are going through Judy and it's not easy, but you don't want her to suffer or make her feel humiliated. If the? behavior is different from the norm, that is a sure sign something is wrong. I would ask the vet. There is where you will get your correct answer. Good Luck! xo

I made sure the administrator was there during my discussion with the head nurse who does all the ordering of meds. There was just no excuse for this mistake and they admitted to that! Do you think that these accidents are Boo's message to me? I will be seeing the vet tomorrow - Casey and the cats are due for shots..I will see what she thinks about Boo.. Oh, I check the bills each time to see what they are for and if I don't know what something is, I make sure I find out. After that drug that one doctor was giving my dad, it made me realize that I needed to monitor things closely! He would probably be dead right now if he was still on that other drug - the risperadol. geez.. I kept my temper? and was nice, but FIRM and to the point when telling them what I wanted done! I was mostly satisfied when I left..

That's the reason my Dad stopped feeding the birds, his neighbours cats would wait until the smaller birds were picking the bits of peanuts off the ground and they were off with them, he could'nt bear to see the birds die. No, we only do the dinners at someone's house at Christmas time and then we? have about 3 or 4 houses, and rotate to each one for each course! LOL I've only gone to that once..Yeah, I haven't taken him out for pancakes in awhile.. It's getting harder to do that..

I don't think I could teach you via video..? You would have to be here in person! LOL But they have tons of videos online that you can learn from and they are really good. I had all my dogs and cats at the vets today and she checked Boo's tumor.. it has grown but she says she doesn't seem to be in pain at all so I need to just decide when she is ready by how much she can do and how interested in things she is.. She is still eating, sooo... We'll see.. I am sick over it though!!

I know it's hard, but if your vet said she's uncomfortable now, this is probably the time to do it. I had a dog with a very similar situation, she? was about 14 years old. We made the choice to put her down, when our vet said, that we were running the risk of waking up in them morning to find her in a pool of blood.....Having my grandsons in the house, and how close we were to our pet, we just did not want that horrible scene to be what we remembered. I'm jealous that? you have a yarn shop close by.. Mine in about 45 minutes away.. not very convenient but a very nice one and the people working there are very helpful and nice. They have classes and will help you with any problems you might have.. I could stay in there all day.. I swear that the statin drugs? (for high cholesterol) damage the joints! Mine were hurting a couple years ago and I went off my cholesterol meds and they cleared right up.. He put me on a non statin drug since it rose back up but I hated it.. had to take 2 huge pills, 3x's a day! So went back on a statin and took almost 2 years for the pain to come back.. Doesn't seem to want to go away this time.. I'm off the meds again.. I will check out the one you mention!!

It was awful, Tammy. I was so shaken up.. But it was just major fender damage and no mechanical parts needed for driving, so we were lucky.. We just needed to get a new tow bar and hitch since ours got bent and we were lucky that there was a Camping World 20 miles away that had our exact model! We were? only delayed a couple hours the next morning before getting back on our way to Brian's! :))

She has a few that are loose (the vet says) and need pulling but with her age and heart murmur, the anesthesia? is a big risk for her..I think the anti biotic has kicked in and she is getting some relief from any discomfort they were giving her. I sure hope your Kasey stays feeling better..

This will be my first time using this yarn.. I can't wait. I got the shawl pattern at my local yarn shop.They had it knitted up and on display and my sister and I loved it, so bought the yarn and pattern. I really didn't need the pattern though.. only one direction.. cast on 40 and increase at beg? and end of each row till you use up all the yarn, then cast off.. LOL (knit all rows and on size 15 circ. needles). The yarn was Fiesta -Rayon Bouclé. It's 100% rayon. Loved it! cont..

Good thing to get that charge worked out. It happened to me a couple times, but for a different reason, fraudulent charges. This time of year I prefer rain to snow and ice, but I guess it doesn't snow too often that far south. I may have to travel? to Utah in the near future and snow and ice concerns me. Yes, I am on an adventure. I traveled on I-10 most of the way, then turned on 75 to come down into Florida. I wish you had been sitting next to me too checking on? that GPS and keeping it in line! I am still amazed at that waitress! I checked and it had been a little over a month that we had been in there.. Still can't believe she remembered our order! I never liked to knit either and always crocheted because I thought it went faster but there are some things that just look nicer if they are knit, ya know? LOL I love pork and sauerkraut!
