So tired of cashier dictating my legitimate purchase with coupons. ? Is it true a coupon for 1 is used on an item selling for 99 can be adjusted and will the store receive 1 from manufacture ? Someone please confirm this. I'm tired of being told how I can spend or not spend my money. In the cashiers eyes. I want something for free and I am scamming. What she does not realize is nothing is free and they the store will make a 1 on the deal

I totally agree! Why strict couponers when all the coupons you get you're going to get the money back anyways?I don't understand?
By: artemis2016. on 16 Mar 12, 10:54:25
Its Ralphs that you r referring to. and in order to get double, you would have to do? multiples transactions to get the best savings. Depending on how many qpons u have for that same item, will determine how many transactions you will have to do.

U can do this scenrio at CVS, according to their coupon policy, they allow bogo sale with bogo qpon. Just take their qpon policy with you,? and make sure it's up to date. next time u have this problem, u show them the policy and tell them tha your following all the rules. Hope this helps. :)

I also hate how we have to? educate the employees about their own policy. Such a headache!

I started couponing after watching extreme couponing! I only buy 2 newspapers a week and I would never do what the show does and am embarrased that people compare? us regular folks who just want to save money with those crazy greedy hoarders shelf clearers on the show!!!!

***** ***** Hi I have a question regarding CVS BOGO deals. If the store is having a BOGO sale and I have a coupon for BOGO, 95% of the workers/managers say that it doesnt make sense because the coupon is offering what? their store is offering, therefore ~ will not make the item free. A few times I have gotten free items this way. I need to call corporate, but in the meantime, do you know what the real answer is to this scenario? PLEASE REPLY, preferably with a link =) thanks

Its funny how people seem to only care if there is a? coupon involved. If I walked into a store and bought 5, 10 or 20 of an item and paid CASH....no one would say boo. But because there is a coupon involved all of a sudden there is an issue. I agree that Target, Walgreens and Walmart in that order are the worst when it comes to coupons. Walgreens is even doing "reverse coupon fraud" ! Stores can set limits all they want but I think the true problem is that they dont order properly for sales.

"Bad Apples"didn't she used to "clear out" stores?? eh still like the show.

Not all couponers hoard the things they buy there are quite a lot of us who donate the majority of items we purchase to local shelters and soup kitchens for the homeless and? less fortunate which we would not be able to do if not for using coupons...how many people do you know that are so giving????????
By: abloj24. on 11 Mar 12, 13:56:05
I think its good they are limiting. On the other hand coupons? has def. increased and I feel the stores are getting fed up with dealing with us couponers. For example Walgreens, horrible service and its the same lady every time, if she knows you're a couponer she instantly gets annoyed because she doesn't want to deal with it.

She should change her name to "Crazy NECKLACE Lady". (Sorry Joanie, I couldn't resist).? I knew that stupid show would ruin it for the rest of us.

Saving money is great but i think that all? the people on the Extreme Couponing show are crazy and over the top. Good for the retailers for changing their policies, how many bottles of hot sauce do you greedy idiots need...people starving in third world countries and we have people in the Unites States hoarding food in their bathrooms..you people make me sick.

I have barely seen any good deals here in Miami, FL for the past 2 or 3 months. I've read countless times the Walmart policy allowing overage or cash back? and even corporate won't honor their coupon policy. My Walgreens won't even accept my printed coupons when it clearly states in the policy that it's allow and won't even accept my coupons when they are worth more than the item even though the policy states that the coupon will only equal to the amount of the item. I do believe that retailers

I forget what store locally I called it was in So Cal I called but they had told me? only the first coupon of an item would be doubled up to that dollar max cap. And subsequent items in that transaction would not be deemed matchable to that dollar. Ralph's or Von's it was. Pretty sad that that show selling out on the concept is now punishing us savings wise.
By: LadyTheFae. on 07 Mar 12, 06:22:03
Even when we are using our coupons, most of us still buy other things as well in these stores...and its not like we get 100% off every time...our coupons are our cash and these stores just need to accept that? and understand that we are doing everything we can to save money during this hard economic time we are in...and you know what...they could be doing it too!...Smiles! Lady.
By: Kabgirl24. on 07 Mar 12, 00:05:29
they do get paid for you using the coupon because the company pays store back for the coupon? used. They also get paid an incentive for accepting the coupon. The amount is posted on the coupon how much extra they get

You look beautiful, I love your hair.? Great job!
By: laniecehoward. on 06 Mar 12, 14:47:05
I think its fine to change the policy, just dont end coupons all together and if they do, then they will see? a riot!!!!
By: Beautyx3CHARM. on 06 Mar 12, 09:00:54
Changing the policy might be a good thing but why change it? I've gone to so much stores and the managers/employees who work there don't know a thing about their policy. I even brought their policy that I printed out and all they did was ignore it. Walgreens, Walmart, and Target are the top three places that I have the hardest time! So if stores are planning to change their policy, I? hope they really inform their employees/managers about it so it will make couponing a lot better.

Some couponers do go to the EXTREME. Is it really necessary to be on youtube every minute with a video about how much stuff u bought today...how many trips u have made during the week...just to get views and comments on how u ROCKED it!!!!!! Personally it amazes me how some people can get up early in the morning to do the same deals over and over? again....i wonder would they get up that early to go workout and stay healthy...probably not...

Our local Apple Market? store only double 1 like coupon and only allow you to use 20 coupons per trip. It's not easy to get a deal in small town Oklahoma.
