Hello Ryan, Thank you for your vides, they have been really helpful. Ryan I? got a quick question for you, I got my IELTS result today and I used the structure that you advise to your pupils. I got R-7.5 - L-7.5, W-6.5 & S 8.0 I was very confident about the result after the exam, and I was expecting 7 in writing as well. Can you please suggest if I should apply for review. Looking forward to your reply. Thank you.

Hey Ryan, I recently took the IELTS General exam and this was my letter question in the written part......"You recently organized? an event for your staff that was held at a local resort. It was a success except for a few minor problems. Write to the resort manager complimenting him/her for the things you were pleased with. Also, let them know what you were not pleased with and suggest how you think they can improve their service next time."...(not the exact wording, but you get the idea!?)

Good work Ryan! After I watched your videos about how to? write a letter for IELTS exam i fully understand about the perfect letter to pass the exam with a great band. I have one question: Is it necessary to write those 3 Sections(paragraphs)with indents? I asked you because i saw in a few books about learning for IELTS exam, a letter as an example and those 3 paragraphs didn't have intends. Keep up the good work! Sincerely, Ciprian
