1 more thing on AIG. Again, pls dont assume that i am defending the so called "bets". All my contention is that if AIG were not bailed out of those contracts, the cost of insurance on US AAA rated debts would have skyrocketed in the intl. mrkt (which would have cascaded 2 individual insurance rates eventually), pushing the economy into an even deeper chaos.? So as in institution of Importance 2 the US (being 1 of the worlds largest underwriters), it needed 2 b "rescued" on those imm. contracts

In todays terms that amts to $900 mill per day in todays oil level in free bees to despotic countries. if the US consumer were to discard the usage of his car abt 25% of the time and take the public transport system that's eqv. to $82 Billion per year. There's ur TARP money. again go? after the execs who made the crash happen, but dont blame the system for that. The system is created by the people, of the people and for the people.

But the mechanism is a right mechanism if it was allowed to function as it were. u r right, spl int. grps have hijacked the agenda, but that happens in every system. I'll tell u one simple fact. The US Consumption of Gasoline is abt 9 Million barrels Per Day. That's the entire crude production? of Saudi Arabia.

one thing i dont understand about all of this need for the banks. WHY DO WE EVEN HAVE BANKS. if the government is going to bail out banks...why doesnt the government make the fucking loans in the first place. what the hell do we need bankers for? in the current system of no? risk government bailouts, theyre just middle men getting away with all the money. if theyre going to profit off of loans that the government has to honor, why the hell isnt the GOVERNMENT collecting the profit? less tax!

I forgot to mention one important thing, it should also be a max allowed cap on how much you can spend on a campaign. I understand that it is a difficult concept for Americans. But Americans have absurd amounts of money in their campaigns. In Norway there is even illegal to have political commercials on TV. Instead we have a lot of TV hosted debates. The system you have? now is extremely unfair, and undermines democracy. A liberal vote is worthless if they won on conservative money.
