You will not do boot camp, OCS is what officers go through and it has a different purpose than enlisted boot camp. OCS evaluates your potential to be an officer. You can try for? an aviation contract or law contract, but they take more screening and have different requirements.

yes, here in the active duty air force it does, plus u? get free tuition assistance. get your bachelors before enlisting or commissioning if u don't already have it, i highly recommend it.....and if u can finish a masters go for it while u can, u won't be able to do much schooling in the service depending on your job...also u can tap into your g.i. bill on your 3rd year of service if u want, if u plan on still serving for a while. Marine OCS looks like amazing training, go for it

Well? made movie. Loved the dialogues and creative production value including the brilliant song in the end. THe plot kinda got watered down and did not get the punch in the tail end but lot of comedy movies end up lin slapstick like that. It was worth it had some great funny moments where I was laughing literally rolling on the floor. Excellent movie.

he's totally right. if you cook eggs on high tempreture and fast they have a horrible crispyness to them and makes them taste gross. it might be quicker to cook omlette on high tempreture and fast but they certianly dont taste as well and taste is the most important. SLow cooked omlettes taste nicest. I'm actually starting to find that slow cooked food on lower tempretures can taste better in many cases than food cooked on super high powered stoves. the only downside is? its slower

Melting my sterling silver scrap with a propane torch and silica melting dish,,,and casting into a homemade wooden ingot mold. You can find Borax in the laundry detergent aisle of any grocery store. The one-time-use mold was made from poplar wood and everyday wood glue. My results were even better than expected. Thanks for viewing.

I didn't make the melting dish, I bought it? on Ebay. The dish is made from fused silica. Just do a search for silica melting dish,,,they're cheap. You could also use a graphite melting dish/crucible, but they're more expensive.

It won't stick to wood or most other organic materials,? but it can stick to a metal mold. For metal molds you should use a release agent sprayed on the mold before pouring. You can use a graphite lubricant from a spray can, or some WD-40 as a release agent. a few whacks on a metal mold with a hammer usually releases the silver either way.

What are you trying to melt them on first of all? If it's anything metal, it's going to pull the heat from? the torch away from the silver...making it very difficult to melt with propane. Try melting on a block of wood or drywall before going to a hotter burning fuel. If it melts with propane on a block of wood or drywall then the torch is plenty hot enough.

Sure you can sell them. However, I think it's a law in the U.S.A. that anything sterling silver or above in purity must be hallmarked or stamped with it's purity. As long as you hallmark it (and don't lie about it's purity), you can sell them like any other commodity. People could test it's purity by acid scratch testing...which could be done at any jewelry store, or you could buy your own acid test kit relatively? cheap online and show them yourself. There's many more ways too.

It's a sterling bar. You can't purify the silver by melting. You? would have to completely dissolve the sterling in nitric acid.? Once it was dissolved into the liquid acid, you would dilute the acid with water and "cement out" or "precipitate" only the silver by inserting a piece of copper into the solution. Nearly pure (98-99%) silver crystals would form on the copper. The liquid would be filtered off, leaving a silver "cement" which could then be melted and cast.

They probably had moisture in them. When you get a new melting dish you have to season them by heating it up on a stove on low heat for about 10 minutes, then on high heat for? another 5 minutes. After that you can use a torch on them. If you take a torch straight to them without removing the moisture first by seasoning, the moisture vaporizing too quickly will shock and crack the dish.

In addition to my previous comment I also think about it like this: if the stock? price is falling, everyone panics and wants to sell their share...but who do you sell it to? who's so "stupid" and buys the share? The only person I could think of is a short-seller, who buys it to make profit out of it. This transaction makes the share price fall even further, creating even more volatility. This doesn't sound very logic to me. When people short sell, the price drops, but they do it because it was already high. So I? don't think it's true that the price doesn't reach the high value and remains more constant below. It would reach the high value and suddenly drop when people short sell it. Same thing when it reaches bottom. Am I wrong with this? Can anyone explain? thanks

The last part of this lecture made me think of Star Trek TNG. The character's work was their life. You never? saw an episode where Commander Riker was in his quarters getting up in the morning and saying *sigh* "crap... time for work....". And that was a world where nobody worked for money. I am the same way about the stickers and my games. I clean the stickers off the same exact way except for the one on the spine. I actually put goo gone on a paper towel and just wipe it clean after I took the sticker off. I haven't done it with Wii games but I have? with my PS3 games. I tried my technique on a Game Informer cause it had a gigantic last issue sticker on it and sadly the goo gone destroyed the cover of the magazine so it doesnt work for all types of papers but it does with PS3.
