Then why are there so many professional soccer teams if not that many can play? It's just as difficult as football, just in a different way. It's more finesse? and control, while football is power and planning. Most people would not be able to run or block in the NFL. Most people cannot catch a football while on the run when the ball is coming at you at high speeds. Most people can't run a sub 5 second 40 yard dash. Nice try though

what fucking skill is involved?????????????????? there is no skill...most of them just run and block or run and get as far as possible. and i did say it doesnt take skill...cuz i dont like playing it but when i do, its like there was no challenge involved..a lot of people can play football easily, mostly just taking a hard hit...but not a lot of people can play "soccer" at a decent level.?

ive played it!!!! thats why i do and can say it is a pointless sport!!! it doesnt require skill, only? muscle. no brains....the only people that require skill are the quarterback and the coaches. the rest just need to get the ball one way or the other..makes no sense! and americans are ignorant...only to try to show how "great" they are at a sport with no sense of real skill.

I would love to see these people saying "American Football isn't hard" go out and play. Yeah, it's a different sport than what we as Americans call soccer but it is still very difficult, hence why some of the top athletes in America play it. thats probably becasue you didnt wanna run or didnt get the ball cuz real soccer player are faster and have quicker movements than just a pickup game. ever heard of street soccer where? there is no halftime and the only way to win is to win by goals, or up by two no matter how long it takes? look at cristiano ronaldo and messi and how much running they do...look up the midfielders position...they do a lot more sprinting for longer distance while exerting force onto their already tired legs.

idgaf how fast or how big or how hard you hit! when you run for over 90 minutes and still got enough energy to keep runnig and using your body strenth to strike a ball at almost 100 mph then you talk, when you can actually make a ball curve at incredible speeds and angles then critizice...when you can run at full speed with something on your feet while someone is? pushing you off and you can still balance yourelf and manage to keep a pace...then ill believe NFL is a sport.
