You have to understand, that not every student comprehends the? information at the same time, some students are a bit slower than others. Plus, what one method might work of a few students it might not work for the rest so, our system has to cater to them to make sure that everyone gets it. If it didn't there would probably be a lot more left back students, failing grades and our drop out record would be horrendous.(this is just my opinion)

Its like that in most education systens. Everything you learn in most highschools and collages can be taught in much less time than it actually is now, if its done in a more effective way, and that is, focusing? on the core stuff that is important for UNDERSTANDING stuff, not having to learn stuff and being able to spit it all out like a talking parrot. What real knowledge for me is when you know the basics which enable you to figure out more complex things, instead of rote learning.

Exactly. I whent through Orgo textbook, entire and chem textbook in less than 2 months. I realize how those "savant" kids would Finnish so fast and graduate college by mid teens. Its not hard, once the topics? are given in fast sequential order and clearly explained. Its incredibly easy. And essentially a waste of time. I'm certain had I had private tutoring I would have finished HS and College before I turned 16.

Less. I finished revising ENTIRE 4 years of high school chemistry (something that in books is over 1200 pages), including organic chemistry in less than a month, spending about 5 hours a day. I'm preparing to go to Med School after finishing a completely different collage 2? years ago, so I havent had any connection whatsoever with chemistry in the last 6-7 years. Learning high school chemistry can be a really fast process.

I'm a graduate student, my younger brother is taking high school chem, and I noticed the flaw in the American education system, we take too long to Finnish topics, poorly written textbooks and concepts and wasted time in classes. You video proves it. As mentioned, you explained this concept in a few? minutes. Essentially one can cover chem 1 and 2 in less than 6 months.
