"In his own words" uhh, not quite. The title says "Ace Frehley has no regrets about shooting himself" he did say he shot himself, and he may have a book called no? regrets, but the word "about" is very misleading. he never said that he didn't regret shooting himself. It's obvious that the title was written in such a way that would cause the viewer to believe that ace was happy that he shot himself, which of course is not the case.

Seltsame Dinge tauchen? manchmal zur richtigen Zeit auf. Ich war auf vielen Kiss Act`s Kiss ohne Ace ist gerade noch halb so gut. Und ich bin Fan seit 1980. Das Konzert von Ace in Berlin war besser als die Kiss Konzerte ohne ihn. Schade das so eine Story auftaucht. Bis jetzt hat Ace sich nicht politisch zu Wort gemeldet.

Could have been an issue with dodgy ammo. A cracked or corroded casing on one of the rounds could cause hot gasses to set off the other rounds in the magazine thus causing an? explosion. You can find examples of this happening on a number of videos on YouTube. Also, if he was firing reloaded rounds that someone else prepared, that could be it as well. They could've reloaded them too hot, or screwed up the primer during reload. Don't ever shoot another persons reloads.
