Tribal wars meant tribal prisoners. Selling POWS to other people for profit is a action that has taken place in every? parrt of the globe in history. Most wars in history is more about tribal/cultural differences and potential gaining of economic resources than physical appearance/skin color.

The fact that Islamic law forbids this did not deter them. They had Christians do the castrating for them. "Arab trade they had a far wider? variety of roles." Some could be castrated (of which only 10% survived), others dug desert wells or in salt mines where they died of heat stroke. Slaves from Europe were forced into the army or sexual slavery.

The Arab trade permitted slaves to attain high office; those taken for the Atlantic trade stayed at the bottom of society. Africans were enslaved in the Atlantic trade to work on an industrial scale in agricultural labour; in the Arab trade they had a far wider variety of roles. Slavery existed long before European explorers and slave? traders showed up and when they did they were the smallest European powers. They were incapable of invading Africa, the idea that they could have forced countries to go to war is ridiculous. The African Kings and made themselves wealthy and powerful, they were not forced. And guns existed in West Africa before colonialism as well. The guns for slaves trade was started earlier by Turkish and Arab slave traders crossing the Sahara.

I did my research, it was Arab? muslims, that brought the massive slave trade to Africa. The Arab muslims even got some black converts that helped them. I heard it from even Arabs that it is true. Actually you have no idea what your talking about. The Trans Atlantic Slave trade was run by Christians and Jews (in fact the first slave ship in the Atlantic slave trade is believed by most historians to have been the? "Jesus of Lubeck" nicknamed the "Goodship Jesus" of "Sir" John Hawkins of England). The "slavery" your talking about in the East, was pretty much revolving around the Ottomans taking children from the Balkans and making them into the Sultan's personal military not the same thing.

Of course the guns themselves won't have been there if not for European enslavers who were on the continent bringing them and using them for the "trade" they had in mind. That is not true. The few tribes that did trade with the European enslavers weren't doing it on some "fair ground" as people like you try to? claim. Scholars have long discussed what is termed the "gun-slave cycle" wherein different rival African tribes were COMPELLED by aggressive European powers encroaching on their continent to either "get in on the business" or BECOME the business themselves. The Europeans would only take prisoners to trade guns, and the tribes needed guns for safety.

Actually if you go back through history the US was the first to be aggressive and attack Japan! The US started this in 1853 when the US navy under Commodore Matthew C. Perry shot up the coastline of Japan and forced Japan to "open up to trade" (i.e. with the West).? And then in 1919 after WWI the US further slapped Japan (who had been among the "Allies" in WWI) in the face by vetoing the Racial Equality Proposal Japan but forth! Then during WW2 before entry US was backing allies, embargoing Japan
