I liked how it started. It sounded like you were making videos for children and adults for how to treat one another with respect. As I continued to watch it I was very upset that you were promoting a message the mistreated a customer and recommended using sarcasm and? insulting the customer. I was sorry I had watched it.

I don't work at a bookstore but I can COMPLETELY relate? to this. It's like any other day in customer service anywhere, the customers simultaneously expect you to be able to read their minds and magically produce whatever they want, but then diss you as being a stupid service employee when you can't meet their expectations.

Booksellers unite! This is awesome! I'll never forget the day a customer got angry with me because I couldn't find a book for her. All she gave me to go on was that it? was blue and had a duck on the cover. No title, no author, no subject. She didn't even know the genre.
