Checkpointusa is doing all of us a favor, because most have? no clue of their rights or the law(s). We should all be thanking him profusely. He is doing nothing wrong yet is constantly harassed and they try to bully him. No different than others. The difference is that checkpointusa knows the law. The drug dogs are not legal at this checkpoint, using them to check for drugs is not constitutional, it is illegal, according to the U.S. Supreme Court, to use drug-sniffing dogs here, or even to check for drugs at all. You might be able to use a little research at Checkpoint U.S.A's website & elsewhere.
