This guys inspire me, everytime I need inspiration I look at this, for any type of training, no? matter is it condition or strength training, they are beasts and crazy! I am trying to build up muscles but with condition trainings so I can be beast which can runn, climb, jump, hit, crush... Thx for all the best for inspiration! (P.S. That's got to be one of the biggest myths going around about Bodybuilding. Those really muscular guys are pretty darn flexible. Many can do the splits both? ways. Many can touch far below their toes with straight legs. Many can have their elbows touch each other from behind their heads etc etc. Muscle does NOT impair flexibility.

I grew up on the Chesapeake Bay and fished all the ways you can without fly fishing.
