haha logic dictates a robot such as an artificial intelegent one like jules can think for themselves and can create emotions if the animate object is aware of itselve and others around it especially the enviornment. clearly this vuys acting.is alittle shady but jules is authentic. R2D2? is the first among many ai's to.have actually graduated.highschool and college. so with that being said.nothing.is.impossible. but everything is inevitable.

i can see your point but in my opinion, i don't think the tears for fears one? really works. i like it played at this tempo but still the tears for fears one is pretty sweet.

All to there own, but this version does make me want? to slowly kill myself, it's supposed to be at that tempo, it was obviously produced by them this way because that is how they saw it, this version kind of missed the point that, even though the lyrics are sad it's also saying don't give up hope, be sad yes but don't give up hope, however this version, he's saying, give up hope. go on any site and they will tell you, he murdered this song... the only reason its famous is for gow !

i never said that this version would be played in bars, it would make everyone depressed. the point i was trying to? make is this, the lyrics + the tempo of the original = a load of nonsense. if you've actually ever listned to the original, heard the lyrics, you would notice that the song doesn't work with the up-tempo beat behind it. therefore gary jules' version is better.

Don't you dare tell me i missed the point of that movie. I understood it. Yeah Donnie is a mentaly (sp?) troubled teen but the movie was about a kid who has to save the world from ending with time travel and blah look the movie was good but? its fiction. I love the song and i love this video and i love the movie but there are kids out there who can really relate to this song and thats what the song is meant for. Donnie Darko isn't real. He can't relate. Well he can but it won't be real.
