Again, you're wrong, I have to repeat myself? When meat is cooked its easier to consume. There are plenty of raw dishes people eat and there is a culture called "Raw Foodism" which people consume all their foods raw, including meat. Humans prefer cooked meals since its safer and the cultural norm. Since we are used to eating cooked food, we are not exposed to the bacteria raw meat can pose, therefore not built up a resistance.
