I been a vegan for 4 months before loosing my job. I noticed my skin, the whites of my eyes, and my hair all improved. My health, blood pressure all was intact. Usually the nasty tasting foods is the most healthiest. Depending on how you eat depends if your? hair grows or not. Fruits and vegetable is life.
