It's never been about "saving the planet" and it's not about clean air or water, it IS about control. Control of how you? live your life, the food you eat, the number of kids you can have, the house you can? live in and the job that you can have. I heard ALL these same arguments when the eco nuts were saying global cooling back in the 70's. They will manufacture ANY crisis to advance their agenda. What i'm saying is that it's pretty lazy of you people to think you can just put everything into the hands and someone else with money like James Cameron and keep living a wasteful life. It doesn't matter how much stuff we could possibly get from asteroid mining, you still have to stop living like you have an infinite supply of everything.

FYI asteroidal mining is already here, just look at the largest PGM & Gold mine - Vredefort crater in South Africa. Secondly Nuclear Fusion doesn't need to ''come? true'', it's the most fundamental energy process governing the life of every star. and the underconstruction ITER reactor will be complete in 2019, that's 7 years away and not a by any stretch a 'dream'.

The video says it will be sustainable? "forever" which isn't true at all since we will sooner or later need to look outside of the planet to get the fossil fuels that we cannot replace with renewable sources. HOWEVER if people like you just piss on everything instead of changing your current lifestile to something sustainable, your precious high floating dreams of asteroidal mining, nuclear fusion and synthetic meat will never come true. Never.
