The circles are just circles :) At the time I only had the old CM circle cutting templates so I used them but ANY sort of circle cutter will? work so long as you can cut them to a size to fit in the pocket. Then, like a tag (but circle shaped :)) they pull out to read then slip back in. Does that help?

I tried this one out.? I didn't cut the circles. It turned out slightly different from yours (I think because I used smaller bags) But I am still pleased with the results. I started making these for gifts because they are so easy. I went out and bought a big stack of papers from the craft store on sale and plan to work on one a week for fun and relaxation!! Thanks for posting this video
